The Many Wives of Henry VIII

Structured as a pop-song competition, Six pits the wives of Henry VIII against one another in a contest for the audience’s sympathy for their suffering at his hands. The sparkling musical debuted in the Edinburgh Fringe festival in 2017 and has run in London since 2019 (with a year off during the covid pandemic).
