The Tower of London

The Tower of London was erected as a defensive structure by the Normans following their successful conquest of England. Initially used as a royal residence, in the late Middle Ages and Renaissance it came to be used as a prison for nobility who ran afoul of the monarch. Today it is a popular tourist destination, thanks to its excellent collection of arms and armor, as well as the Crown Jewels, housed in Martin Tower.

Event begins 3pm sharp on 7/12.
